Bookings are now being taken for the meeting on Sunday 27th June.

*** Covid19 restrictions/policies will be in place around the track and will be the same as last year, including mandatory wearing of face mask/coverings when moving around the site and waiting in queues ***
We are going back to the same system we used last year due to many people basically taking the mickey, not been honest and paying for additionals, not bothering turning up or not letting us know so we could put on additional tickets.
MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR EMAIL IN CORRECTLY!!
Once you have booked in a payment link will be sent where you can purchase your ticket. When using the ticket system please select driver and mechanic and then any additional people arriving with you in the SAME VEHICLE ONLY! Day Drivers will pay their day licence fee on the day (£20) when booking in at the office. TICKETS PURCHASED ARE FOR THOSE ARRIVING IN THE VEHICLE WITH DRIVERS CAR ONLY, NOT FOR ADDITIONAL SPECTATORS!!!
If there is only driver and mechanic coming you still need to follow the above through the ticketing software as this tracks numbers we are allowing in (you will not be charged if its driver and mechanic only)
Members that wish to spectate at this meeting, please also fill out the drivers booking form putting in your number on your licence or N/A if you don’t have one, please select “Spectator Member” from the drop down otherwise you will be added to the drivers lists. ANY SPECTATORS THAT BOOK TICKETS THIS WAY WILL HAVE THE BOOKING CANCELLED AND REFUNDED, WHICH WILL TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS TO RETURN.
Once we have received payment/ticket booking, your booking will be confirmed. If you haven’t paid by Wednesday 23rd 5pm, you will be removed from the list and won’t be allowed to race on the day.
DRIVERS MUST PRE BOOK TO BE ABLE TO RACE AT THIS MEETING!
